It was a pleasure to host to many of our customers and a few of our partners at this year’s Attraqt Customer Conference in September. The day was full of inspirational keynotes, insightful product presentations and educational panels to help customers thrive with our platform and beyond.

We had an exceptional line up of speakers throughout the event, including Forrester, PVH Group and BigCommerce. Our very own Attraqt team also delivered exceptional sessions throughout the day, with a keen focus on innovations in AI, personalisation and optimising product discovery. Customer Conference 2022 Attraqt’s 2022 Customer Conference was an action-packed day full of keynotes, breakout sessions, panel discussions and celebrations.

The Highlights


PVH Group as our guest speaker

Laurel Thompson and Daniel Merrison from PVH Group delivered an inspirational session exploring how their brands, Clavin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, use the combination of our platforms to deliver exceptional product discovery experiences to their customers. They focused on how the powers of automation delivers successful merchandising and recommendations results, as well as presented some brand examples of how they have elevated their product discovery experiences with Attraqt.

Customer panel discussion

A fantastic panel of speakers, Kate Quigley from M&S, Bethany Delapperall from Amara, Laurel Thompson from Calvin Klein, Laura Harnett from Seep and Michelle Beeson from Forrester, discussed the challenges and opportunities during a time of uncertainty for ecommerce brands.

During the second half of the day, we heard from Michelle Beeson, a Senior Analyst at Forrester. Michelle shared some of their latest research outlining how key customer and competitor trends are forcing retailers and brands to rethink how they use and enable resources – digital, physical and human – across their organisation to engage with customers.

After the breakout sessions, everyone came back together in one room to hear from Jim Herbert from BigCommerce. The masterclass explored how ecommerce brands can maximise opportunities during turbulent times and best practice tips on how to win more customers in the future.


Partner panel

This time round we heard our partners’ point of view on how to thrive during a time of uncertainty. Jim Herbert from BigCommerce, Bruce Wright from Pimberly and Steve Shaw from DotDigital joined our CEO, Mark Adams and VP of Strategic Growth, Imran Choudhary to talk about how brands should leverage the likes of personalisation and omnichannel access to secure a successful future.

Awards and celebrations
