Luke joined Attraqt in May 2018 as Chief Executive having led several successful international private and public technology businesses, including Portrait Software Plc, OB10 and Neighbourly.
He has also worked in leadership and advisory positions for international data and technology companies including Experian, Metia and Alterian.
Helping to launch a food surplus redistribution program at SaaS platform, Neighbourly.com. Now perfectly edible food that would have be thrown away by major supermarket chains is being distributed to people in need, as millions of meals every year.
Currently, it’s working with the incredible team at Attraqt to bring our story and vision to life. However, my all-time favorite team moment has to be watching from the terraces of the Camp Nou in Barcelona as Manchester United won the final piece of their unprecedented Treble in 1999 – what a team!

Eric Dodd has extensive experience as a public company CFO and joined Attraqt from Ipto Supply Chain Systems UK Limited, a private equity backed software and services business. Previously he was CFO at KBC Advanced Technology plc, a technology services business to the oil industry, until its successful sale in April 2016.

It would have to be either marrying my wife twice, or playing almost every position in a rugby team.
Chief Technology Officer
Rallies our teams behind a product and technology vision
Peter has more than 30 years' experience that began with micro-electronics, then evolved through business systems into the SaaS sector where he has worked for over a decade. Peter joined Fredhopper in 2016 as CTO and continued the role with the Attraqt Group following the acquisition. A firm believer in people being the real power behind technology, his main responsibilities include product development, leading innovation teams, and driving key collaborations to ensure the best services are delivered to clients. Previously, Peter served as CTO of the cloud division for IRIS Software and Director of Development at Betfair across the UK, Romania and Portugal.
I'm really proud of the leadership and development teams I built for Betfair in Romania and Portugal.
Currently, my favourite is the creation of the Attraqt Data Services Platform; people from very different backgrounds realising a remarkable convergence of teams, technology and product.
It's somewhere in between my PhD, two million lines of code and the many thousands of burgers and hot dogs I've barbequed at my kids' school fairs.
Chief Strategy and Partner Officer
John manages global strategy and oversees all partnerships
In early 2016, John joined Fredhopper as Managing Director. He was made CCO of the group following Attraqt’s acquisition of Fredhopper in 2017. John's career includes more than 20 years' experience in the European eCommerce and digital marketing industry. Prior to joining Fredhopper, John successfully established and managed various pan-European and regional sales organizations at companies such as lntershop, Scene 7, Adobe, Jive and SDL.
It was a challenging but also highly rewarding experience to take a leading role in unplugging Fredhopper from SDL and establishing a new home at Attraqt. I’m still thankful and truly proud of the support people have given me during that process, and what the team has achieved.
I love working in a team alongside partners or customers to help explore the needs of a business and collaborating to come up with a solution. For me, the best moments have always been when we have nailed and implemented the winning solution that brings genuine value.
Rebuilding and renovating a house from the 1950s, right from scratch, in three crazy years. It required so much personal risk and energy, but it’s been really special for me and my family to see it come to life!
Global VP, Sales
Leads our Global Sales team and supports customer growth
Ally leads commercial teams to support growth in key international markets and guides existing customers with their expansion plans. Key to her role is helping customers access Attraqt's product innovation pipeline to help support their growth plans, as well as the onboarding of new customers.
Ally joined Fredhopper in early 2012, having worked in digital tech sales for six years specifically focused on the ecommerce sector for most of that period. She helped steer the transition of the Fredhopper sales team through acquisition, divestment and further acquisition.
It's been incredible to collaborate with and help nurture one of our star clients, a pioneering international retail brand. Amazing to see them grow and flourish alongside us over the last eight years.
I’ve absolutely loved working with the teams across Attraqt and Fredhopper to integrate the sales functions and become the successful team in Northern Europe that it is. Exciting to see this team dynamic now being replicated across global markets.

Director of Customer Success
Ensures our Customers receive the very best of Attraqt
Jonathan is responsible for Attraqt' s customer success program, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes from their partnership with Attraqt. As part of his responsibility for client retention and customer experience, he leads Attraqt's Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarking program.
Jonathan has spent his entire professional career in customer-facing roles in a number of industries, where he was primarily focused on ensuring that businesses meet their client expectations. He joined Fredhopper in 2016 as a customer success manager and has been leading the customer success function for Attraqt since September 2017.
Being an avid customer success advocate, it was a real honour to have been awarded the 2018 Stellar Customer Success Leader Award from Gainsight.
I am proud to be surrounded by a team of professionals who live and breathe customer centricity. For me, a highlight is when we turn an unsatisfied customer into a real advocate by focussing on and delivering what matters most to our customers – success.
My wife and I have 4 children, which brings me so many personal highlights. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment in our home.

Leads our internal systems and the SaaS hosting infrastructure and operations
Dave has more than 25 years' experience in the software sector. A decade of this has been in ecommerce software, with the last five years at Attraqt. David's extensive business experience includes having founded several of his own companies, as well as holding senior roles within established public companies.
Migrating a large traditional datacentre-hosted SaaS platform to the Cloud, all with zero downside and massive benefits.
Successfully navigating Black Friday peak events without a hitch – it takes the whole team to do that!

Senior Legal Counsel
Leads our Group’s legal and business affairs
Terence joined Attraqt in March 2018 and oversees the legal and business affairs of the group including commercial contracts, litigation, intellectual property, employment and corporate governance.
Terence qualified as a solicitor in private practice as a media, entertainment and sports litigator. He also has considerable experience in the anti-piracy arena advising filmmakers, musicians and computer game companies with digital rights enforcement in the UK and internationally. Prior to joining Attraqt, Terence was Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Guinness World Records.
Signing off the health and safety and legals for the Guinness World Records record attempt: highest bungee dunk of a biscuit into a teacup.
Helping Attraqt obtain the ‘Ranking Cocktails’ patent to allow our customers to beat the black box and truly optimise conversion rates .

Head of Talent
Leads the growth of our talent base
Andrea has spent the last two decades working both as a global head hunter and talent solution adviser to some of the world’s most admired corporations, as well as a number of innovative start-ups. Having worked across a wide variety of global businesses, Andrea is fundamentally passionate about creating talent strategies that match specific business requirements. Over the years, Andrea has developed a number of successful programmes for helping to both attract and nurture great talent.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with colleagues and clients alike across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America. In that time, I was introduced to the concept of a strength-based workforce and that remains a highlight and passion today. I’ve loved seeing the impact it has had on the companies I’ve worked with.
My team and I worked with a fantastic gaming company in Santa Monica and supported them in a major growth phase. It was fast, furious and very exciting, as well as boldly creative!
The birth of my son George is certainly a highlight, but I’m also proud of my global career to date as I love learning and understanding new cultures.
VP North America
Leads our North America expansion, team and customer growth
Bernadine joined Attraqt in 2008 and was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Group. Over the past decade, she has gathered experience with sales support, onboarding, client support and product management and in 2017 Bernadine moved into the role of VP North America, based in Chicago, to oversee Attraqt’s expansion in the US. Bernadine has worked to design, deliver and support technology solutions for the past 14 years since getting her BSc degree with majors in Computer Science and Computational Applied Mathematics.
I joined Attraqt after moving from South Africa in 2008, with just a few hundred pounds in the bank. I’m proud to have started as a project manager, working my way through the breadth of the organization.
Opening the US office! It was so rewarding to see the team work together to build something new based on tried and test processes I had used in the UK.
I’ve travelled to five continents and lived on three of them. And, of course, I have to include in my achievements, my baby!
