Mark Adams
Chief Executive 
Ensures we have a vision, plan and a team in place to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Mark brings 15 years of experience at the senior executive level within the ecommerce industry and over 20 years of experience in software and services in the digital space. He led the founding of EMEA operations for BigCommerce, the leading SaaS ecommerce platform vendor and previous to that co-founded digital transformation agency eComp as well as the SAP hybris systems integrator, Portaltech Reply.

Professional Highlight
In 2011 Mark and the founding team at Portaltech executed a trade sale of the business to Reply S.p.A and grew company revenues by over 400% in 24 months. Whilst at BigCommerce Mark set up the European team from scratch and executed unrivalled quarter on quarter growth rates with rapid growth acceleration in his final two quarters in charge of company operations.
 
Team Highlight
Building and developing high performing teams is the biggest challenge and the biggest reward any leader can have, and I’ve been lucky enough to have done that twice in my career so far. What excites me most about doing this at Attraqt is the team is already great, just imagine what we can accomplish over the next few years with a relentless focus on improving our performance.

Learning and developing faster and faster the older I get and doing it while balancing family and work-life like a Jedi.

Eric Dodd
Chief Financial Officer
Leads our finance and HR teams

Eric Dodd has extensive experience as a public company CFO and joined Attraqt from Iptor Supply Chain Systems UK Limited, a private equity backed software and services business. Previously he was CFO at KBC Advanced Technology plc, a technology services business to the oil industry, until its successful sale in April 2016.

I was appointed CFO of a public company at the age of 36

The adrenalin and stellar team effort it took to announce half year financial results within four weeks. 
Personal Highlight
It would have to be either marrying my wife twice, or playing almost every position in a rugby team.

Paul Tough
Chief Technology Officer 

Paul brings over 25 years of experience developing award-winning companies in the retail and Digital ecommerce industry. He has experience working with major brands (retail, telco, grocery, travel) developing their customer focused Digital platforms and ecommerce solutions. Paul is a hands-on business leader and technologist who fundamentally enjoys growing teams and businesses. Proven track record in driving year-on-year profitable growth by developing winning Processes and Teams with the intelligent application of Technology.

Professional Highlight 
Gaining CITP and Chartered Engineering status by demonstrating knowledge, skills and professionalism within the IT industry.  Using those skills to create and build a software development and systems integration company; developing the team to grow that business to award-winning acclaim; and ultimately conducting a trade sale.
Team Highlight
A strong believer in developing talent, I can proudly point to a number of people he has mentored directly that now find themselves in positions of influence and responsibility within the UK technology community who in turn are supporting others to be better versions of their professional selves.

Nicolas Mathon
Vice President of Innovation
Leads product and AI innovations to ensure our clients fully embrace AI opportunities while building cutting-edge insights and analytics.

Throughout his career, Nicolas has worked on many major projects dealing with complex digital systems. Passionate about big data technology, he decided to set up his own company and co-founded Early Birds. He was made VP Data & AI of the group following Attraqt’s acquisition of the solution in 2019.

I'm proud we started a company from the ground up which became a leader in the French personalization area in just a few years.

Supporting my wife in her zero-waste project to build the first plastic-free with refill shop featuring automatic self-service (The Naked Shop), and having helped her with the tech things during so many weekends and holidays.

Allyson Barclay
Senior Vice-President – Global Sales
Leads our Global Sales team and supports customer growth

Ally leads commercial teams to support growth in key international markets and guides existing customers with their expansion plans. Key to her role is helping customers access Attraqt's product innovation pipeline to help support their growth plans, as well as the onboarding of new customers.  
Ally joined Fredhopper in early 2012, having worked in digital tech sales for six years specifically focused on the ecommerce sector for most of that period. She helped steer the transition of the Fredhopper sales team through acquisition, divestment and further acquisition.

It's been incredible to collaborate with and help nurture one of our star clients, a pioneering international retail brand. Amazing to see them grow and flourish alongside us over the last eight years.

I’ve absolutely loved working with the teams across Attraqt and Fredhopper to integrate the sales functions and become the successful team in Northern Europe that it is. Exciting to see this team dynamic now being replicated across global markets.

Jonathan Schradi
Vice-President of Customer Success
Ensures our Customers receive the very best of Attraqt

Jonathan is responsible for Attraqt' s customer success program, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes from their partnership with Attraqt. As part of his responsibility for client retention and customer experience, he leads Attraqt's Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarking program.
Jonathan has spent his entire professional career in customer-facing roles in a number of industries, where he was primarily focused on ensuring that businesses meet their client expectations. He joined Fredhopper in 2016 as a customer success manager and has been leading the customer success function for Attraqt since September 2017.

Being an avid customer success advocate, it was a real honour to have been awarded the 2018 Stellar Customer Success Leader Award from Gainsight.
Team Highlight
I am proud to be surrounded by a team of professionals who live and breathe customer centricity. For me, a highlight is when we turn an unsatisfied customer into a real advocate by focussing on and delivering what matters most to our customers – success.
Personal Highlight
My wife and I have 4 children, which brings me so many personal highlights.  Needless to say, there is never a dull moment in our home.

Terence Tsang
General Counsel
Leads our Group’s legal and business affairs

Terence joined Attraqt in March 2018 and oversees the legal and business affairs of the group including M&A, commercial contracts, litigation, intellectual property, employment and corporate governance.
Terence qualified as a solicitor in private practice as a media, entertainment and sports litigator. He also has considerable experience in the anti-piracy arena advising filmmakers, musicians and computer game companies with digital rights enforcement in the UK and internationally. Prior to joining Attraqt, Terence was Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Guinness World Records.

Professional Highlight
Signing off the health and safety and legals for the Guinness World Records record attempt: highest bungee dunk of a biscuit into a teacup.
Team Highlight
 Helping  Attraqt  obtain the ‘Ranking Cocktails’ patent to allow our customers to beat the black box and truly  optimise  conversion rates. Completing transformational acquisitions such as Early Birds and Aleph Search.

John Raap
Chief Strategy and Partner Officer
John manages global strategy and oversees all partnerships

In early 2016, John joined Fredhopper as Managing Director. He was made CCO of the group following Attraqt’s acquisition of Fredhopper in 2017. John's career includes more than 20 years' experience in the European ecommerce and digital marketing industry. Prior to joining Fredhopper, John successfully established and managed various pan-European and regional sales organizations at companies such as lntershop, Scene 7, Adobe, Jive and SDL.

Professional Highlight
It was a challenging but also highly rewarding experience to take a leading role in unplugging Fredhopper from SDL and establishing a new home at Attraqt. I’m still thankful and truly proud of the support people have given me during that process, and what the team has achieved.
Team Highlight
I love working in a team alongside partners or customers to help explore the needs of a business and collaborating to come up with a solution. For me, the best moments have always been when we have nailed and implemented the winning solution that brings genuine value.
Personal Highlight
Rebuilding and renovating a house from the 1950s, right from scratch, in three crazy years. It required so much personal risk and energy, but it’s been really special for me and my family to see it come to life!

Kevin Abbott
Senior Vice-President - Professional Services

Kevin brings with him many years of project and programme experience having been involved in significant large scale transformation and end to end software delivery projects over the past 25+ years.  Working both client and supplier side across many verticals notably retail, grocery and finance, Kevin has gained valuable first-hand experience from both perspectives often in demanding and fast-paced environments. Having successfully run his own business and more recently taking leadership positions, Kevin is comfortable helping to deliver company strategy and growth ambitions with a strong focus on customer.   Kevin is married with 3 children (all girls!) and in his downtime he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and keeping physically and mentally fit!
