Our Freddie + me Awards recognize Attraqt customers who have used creativity and flair in their use of the Fredhopper Discovery Platform (formerly known as Fredhopper and Attraqt Freestyle Merchandising). The winning retailer will be able to demonstrate how this smart idea has driven a positive change, big or small, to their results; from saving time in everyday workflows to scaling activities across markets.
This award celebrates Attraqt customers who have most improved their customer shopping experiences using the diverse features of the Fredhopper Discovery Platform. The winning retailer will be able to demonstrate how their different strategies have driven noticeable enhancements to the way that shoppers have been engaging with and shopping on their sites.
The size of your team and the status of your brand has no bearing on your ability to win any of these awards. The key to scooping the prize is a dynamic and innovative spirit that has fostered positive change through a smart combination of technology and human ingenuity.
Apart from winning the coveted Freddie + me trophy, winners will receive industry recognition amongst peers and industry analysts like Forrester Research, as well as our global ecommerce community of leading retail brands. They have the opportunity to promote their success story through interviews and video case studies on Attraqt's website and through wider media channels. Winners can also be part of the judging panel for next year’s Awards, or can lead a roundtable discussion at next year's Customer Conference.
Our 2019 judging panel is comprised of our leading inhouse experts and partners, who will review each shortlisted customer entry to decide the winner for each category.
Luke ensures that Attraqt has a vision, plan and a team in place to exceed our customers’ expectations. Luke joined Attraqt in May 2018 as Chief Executive having led several successful international private and public technology businesses, including Portrait Software Plc, OB10 and Neighbourly. He has also worked in leadership and advisory positions for international data and technology companies including Experian, Metia and Alterian.

Katie Woodhead has over 10 years visual merchandising experience, working in both instore and online environments, most notably as Visual Merchandising Manager for Boohoo.com and Topshop.com. Katie leads the way in developing customer-centric local and international strategies driving increased revenue, conversion, and other essential KPls.
Director of Customer Success
Jonathan is responsible for Attraqt' s customer success program, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes from their partnership with Attraqt. As part of his responsibility for client retention and customer experience, he leads Attraqt's Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarking program. Jonathan has spent his entire professional career in customer-facing roles in a number of industries, where he was primarily focused on ensuring that businesses meet their client expectations. He joined Fredhopper in 2016 as a customer success manager and has been leading the customer success function for Attraqt since September 2017.

Tim is responsible for offering Attraqt customers outstanding service with their use of the Fredhopper Discovery Platform, ensuring that the product delivers world-class ecommerce solutions through each of its specialist functions. Tim has 15 years’ experience in mobile web and mobile technologies. He co-founded bemoko, the award-winning mobile web and app development platform, in 2007, before joining the team at Attraqt, focusing on the nurturing of Professional Services for the Fredhopper Discovery Platform.
