Mark Adams
Executive Director
Chief Executive Officer

Mark joined Attraqt as CEO in June 2020. He brings 15 years of experience at the senior executive level within the ecommerce industry and over 20 years of experience in software and services in the digital space. He led the founding of EMEA operations for BigCommerce, the leading SaaS ecommerce platform vendor and previous to that co-founded digital transformation agency eComp as well as the SAP hybris systems integrator, Portaltech Reply.

Nick Habgood
Chairman

Nick joined Attraqt in 2015 as a Non-Executive Director, and became Chairman the following year. In January 2018 Nick became Interim Executive Chairman while Attraqt undertook the search for a new Chief Executive Officer. On the arrival of Luke McKeever in May 2018 Nick reverted back to his role as Chairman.
Following a successful executive career with GKN, Mars Corporation and MasterCard, Nick moved into private equity and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Azini Capital Partners LLP, a London based private equity firm with a track-record of successful investments in growth stage private and public technology companies.
Nick has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Bristol.

Robert Fenner
Non-Executive Director

Robert is a partner in the international law firm Taylor Wessing LLP and has been a solicitor for 24 years. He is a corporate lawyer specialising in advising companies on all aspects of corporate law including listings and mergers and acquisitions.

Eric Dodd
Executive Director
Chief Financial Officer

Eric has extensive experience as a public company CFO and joined Attraqt from Iptor Supply Chain Systems UK Limited, a private equity backed software and services business.
Previously he was CFO at KBC Advanced Technology plc, a technology services business to the oil industry, until its successful sale to Yokogawa Electric Corporation in April 2016.
Eric qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, has an MBA from London Business School and a BEng from Loughborough University.

Laura Harnett
Non-Executive Director

Laura is an experienced Non-Executive Director and an active angel investor focused on businesses in the retail and consumer industries. She has worked with a variety of companies, from start-ups and privately-owned businesses to FTSE 100s, delivering growth and improving profitability. At the heart of her approach is a focus on customer experience and leveraging digital capabilities.

Most recently, Laura worked at luxury department store Selfridges where she held a number of roles including Director of Strategic Programmes and Director of Digital Projects. Laura drove significant cultural change at the company, building on its digital capabilities and positioning the business for strong long-term growth. Prior to Selfridges, she spent over a decade in consulting (Deloitte, Booz & Company) building her skills in consumer and retail strategy and becoming a trusted advisor to a range of globally recognised brands. She was also Head of Strategy at Kingfisher PLC where she was heavily involved in structuring and mobilising B&Q’s turnaround plan.

Grahame Cook
Non-Executive Director
Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee

Grahame is an experienced banker and growth technology investor. He is a Chartered Accountant with six years in the accounting profession followed by 18 years as an Investment Banker, including as Joint CEO of Panmure Gordon and Managing Director, Member of Global Investment Banking Management Committee and Global Head of Equity Advisory Division at UBS Investment Bank. Grahame has a track record of helping to grow shareholder value, mentoring and supporting executive management teams and has significant experience in the Technology sector through his current role as a Non-Executive Director at Draper Esprit plc and his previous roles as a Non-Executive Director at BIW Technologies and Chairman at MDY Healthcare Limited, a Medtech investment company.


Luke McKeever
Non-Executive Director

Luke has a wealth of experience growing successful international technology businesses. He served as CEO of Attraqt for two years before becoming a Non-Executive Director on the company’s board.

Luke joined Attraqt from Neighbourly.com, an award-winning community-focused SaaS platform. He served as CEO for a number of years at OB10, the SaaS global trading network acquired by Tungsten Corporation Plc in 2013, and was CEO of Portrait Software, an AIM-listed customer marketing company where he drove double-digit growth before the business was acquired by Pitney Bowes in 2010. He has also worked in senior commercial, corporate development and advisory positions for a host of influential software companies in the UK, Europe and the US, including Experian and Alterian.
