What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a European law with direct effect across the European Union, including the UK. GDPR builds upon, extends, and enhances the existing data protection laws. GDPR came into force at the end of May 2018.

What data do we manage?
We handle the personal data of our customers, prospects, suppliers, contractors, partners and employees.
In addition, in the delivery of services to our customers, we manage limited quantities of end user personal data (i.e. IP addresses) as well as system user data (i.e. user email & log-in data to our platform).
How do we handle this data?
Attraqt complies with all data protection obligations and we have a full compliance program in place. This involves confirmation of all the areas of our business where we handle personal data, and we can confirm that we document and handle this data in line with all regulatory requirements.
